BoothLabTerms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using BoothLab (the "App" or "Service"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
BoothLab offers optional in-app subscriptions. The subscription terms are as follows:
- Pricing and trial periods are displayed in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
- We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.
All billing and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple. BoothLab does not collect or store any payment information.
2. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. BoothLab does not collect or store personal data. However, the App uses third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports to improve performance and stability.

3. User-Generated Content
Videos created with BoothLab are saved locally on your device and optionally to your Google Drive account. BoothLab does not access, view, collect, or store this content.
4. Intellectual Property
The BoothLab name, logo, features, designs, and content (excluding your own content) are the property of BoothLab and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use the App for any purpose other than its intended use without written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may provide access to third-party services such as Apple, Google Drive, Firebase, or others. BoothLab is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use them at your own risk and under their respective policies.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothLab disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas, USA.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
10. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or comments regarding the App, you grant BoothLab the right to use them freely without compensation or obligation.
